How I got here...
I’ve spent the last 20 years immersed in the fitness industry, from managing big box gyms to helping grow Orangetheory Fitness from a small boutique concept into one of the fastest-growing global fitness brands. During that time, I had the privilege of seeing firsthand how the right blend of leadership, sales, and systems can transform a studio from “mom and pop” status into a thriving business backed by innovation and technology. Those years taught me more than just operations—they gave me a deep understanding of what it takes to scale without losing the culture, community, and heart that make boutique studios so powerful.
After stepping out of fitness for a short time in real estate and later working alongside leaders like Dean Graziosi and Tony Robbins, I realized my passion has always been rooted in helping business owners and their teams succeed. I know the weight many studio owners carry—pouring in their time, energy, and finances only to feel stuck, overwhelmed, or constantly putting out fires. That’s why I created my program: to give owners the tools and freedom they’ve been chasing while equipping their teams with the skills to step up and shine.
