About Me

I’ve spent the last 20 years immersed in the fitness industry, from managing big box gyms to helping grow Orangetheory Fitness from a small boutique concept into one of the fastest-growing global fitness brands. During that time, I had the privilege of seeing firsthand how the right blend of leadership, sales, and systems can transform a studio from “mom and pop” status into a thriving business backed by innovation and technology. Those years taught me more than just operations—they gave me a deep understanding of what it takes to scale without losing the culture, community, and heart that make boutique studios so powerful.

After stepping out of fitness for a short time in real estate and later working alongside leaders like Dean Graziosi and Tony Robbins, I realized my passion has always been rooted in helping business owners and their teams succeed. I know the weight many studio owners carry—pouring in their time, energy, and finances only to feel stuck, overwhelmed, or constantly putting out fires. That’s why I created my program: to give owners the tools and freedom they’ve been chasing while equipping their teams with the skills to step up and shine.

What makes my approach different is that I’ve done every job in the industry. I’ve worked the front desk, trained clients, led as a head coach, managed studios, and overseen operations. That unique perspective gives me an “edge” most consultants don’t have—I understand the weight business owners carry on their shoulders, and I also know what their team is experiencing because I’ve lived it. You can have the best systems or strategies in the world, but if your team isn’t bought in, they won’t work. That’s where I come in: bridging the gap so everyone is aligned, engaged, and firing on all cylinders.

At the core, I believe every studio can thrive, and every person has the potential to be great—they just need the right guidance and support.
